5 Things I’m Really Looking Forward to in 2014

1) Visiting My Dream Destination!

I have dreamed of visiting Australia my whole life and in less than a month I am finally going! Even though I'm dreading the more than 20 hour flight from Atlanta to Sydney, I am so excited to see everything that Sydney and Melbourne have to offer. I will be in Sydney for the first 5 days (including my 24th birthday) and then I'm going to Melbourne thanks to the new travel app TripleSpot.

I recently won TripleSpot's Weekend Adventures contest so they are sponsoring my weekend trip to Melbourne. I'll be sharing my favorite Melbourne attractions, restaurants, and everything else within the app, so download it on iPhone and Android if you want to journey along with me... and I hope that you do because it's going to be SO MUCH FUN!

2) Graduating College!

At the end of April I will be a college graduate! I am getting my Bachelor's degree in Marketing and while I'm not entirely sure what I want to do after I graduate (grad school or work...?), I'm excited to see what the future has in store. Getting to this point has been a long and bumpy road, but I can finally see the finish line!

3) Crossing Items Off of My Bucket List!

My bucket list continues to grow on an almost daily basis, but this year I am making it a goal to cross off as many items as possible. I will be crossing off a few items in Australia, but I am hoping/planning to do a few others this year as well. Some things that I am aiming to complete this year are visiting Iceland and swimming in the Blue Lagoon, seeing the Grand Canyon, and snow-skiing for the first time. If you have any suggestions for how I can accomplish these things or if you want to share your experience, I'd love to hear from you.

4) Seeing Britney Spears in Vegas!

Okay, confession time. I am a HUGE Britney fan. I have been obsessed with her since "Baby One More Time" came out in 1998. Seriously, posters used to cover my walls from floor to ceiling. So when I heard that she was starting a Las Vegas residency this year, I immediately knew that I have to go. I'm not sure exactly which show(s) I will be going to yet, but I will be going at some point this year even if I have to sell a kidney for tickets. It's that crucial... and I'm only halfway kidding.

5) Growing This Blog!

I just started this blog a little over a month ago, but I feel like I have found something that I really love and I want to continue building Curb Free with Cory Lee this year. I love sharing my experiences with you and I hope to grow my audience this year so that I can meet many more inspiring fellow travelers and people with disabilities.
