Exploring Northern Arizona: Accessibility at the Grand Canyon and Bearizona

This past summer, I visited Arizona for the first time, and I had one week to see as much as possible.

My trip started with a few days in Tempe and ended in the small, but charming town of Williams. While I was able to explore many places, two of my favorite wheelchair-friendly attractions were Williams’ Bearizona Wildlife Park and the Grand Canyon.

After being diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy at the age of two, Cory's thirst for adventure never ceased. He went on many trips around the US when he was younger, and then started taking things internationally when he turned fifteen. Through this, he hopes to inspire other wheelchair users to roll out of their comfort zone and see all of the beauty that the world has to offer.
